From www.dufatanye.org, October 11, 2023 The International Day of the Girl Child is a stark reminder that many young girls around the world still lack the opportunities they deserve to lead carefree and untroubled lives. These girls face numerous challenges, including barriers to education and inadequate access to menstrual hygiene products. At one of our dedicated projects in Rwanda and within our communities, we are taking action to address these pressing issues, empowering young girlsand women, and building a foundation for a more advanced and forward-looking future One of our most vital initiatives is the production and distribution of high-quality eco-friendlysanitary pads that meet international standards, thanks to MINAZI Consultant. We believe that every girl and woman should have access to proper menstrual hygiene products. Menstruation should never be a source of shame or a barrier to education. By making these products readily available to all, we aim to eliminate a significant obstacle that young girls often face.
